Needle Valve Applicable ambient temperature

Needle Valve Cleanliness for Technical Requirements

1) The valve shall comply with the requirements of JB / T 6446 and be manufactured in accordance with the approved drawings and technical documents.

2) The applicable ambient temperature of the valve is 5 degrees to 40 degrees.

3) The valve should be protected from corrosive gases and particulate dust.

4) Pneumatic valves should be equipped with directional valves, manifolds, constant pressure valves and oil mist and other accessories.

5) solenoid valve coil moisture resistance indicators should be consistent with JB / T 10610-2006 "traction electromagnet" provisions.

6) The static sealing material and size of the valve shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB / T 6070 "Vacuum technology flange size"; the dynamic sealing material and size shall comply with the provisions of JB / T 1090 ~ JB / T 1092.

7) high vacuum solenoid valve electromagnet pressure index should be consistent with the provisions of JB / T 10010-2006.

8) The connection type of the valve shall comply with the relevant provisions of JB / T 6070.

9) When the valve has special requirements, the user and the manufacturing unit jointly agreed.

1) cleanliness (impurity and dirt)

2) The results of the cleanliness are expressed as the average of the sample cleanliness.

The maximum operating torque of the needle valve should be measured in the following states at the pressure or maximum differential pressure specified by the purchaser.

1) body cavity at atmospheric pressure, the channel with pressure from open to close;

2) body cavity at atmospheric pressure, both sides of the closure at the same time with pressure from the closed to open;

3) body cavity at atmospheric pressure, the closure side of the pressure from the closed to open;

4) body cavity at atmospheric pressure, the other side of the closure with pressure from the closed to open.
