- Test medium: Hydraulic oil that complies with ISO 6743-4 (such as HMD with viscosity level 32 according to ISO 3448; or water)
- The test medium should be recorded in the test report
- Test pressure: The highest working pressure of the test tube connector
- Test bending stress level: 25% of the minimum yield strength of the pipe*
- Test vibration frequency: 10 Hz~50 Hz
- Test duration: At least 10 million vibration cycles
- Judgment criteria: During the test, there should be no leakage or damage
When determining the stress level used in the experiment, for seamless pipes with a minimum yield strength exceeding 235 MPa, their dynamic capacity needs to be considered. Strain gauges for the prepared test components should be installed in the designated position as required. The minimum measurement length should comply with daily regulations. Install the test components on a testing device that can provide rotational or in-plane vibration.
During testing, pressurize the test component to the maximum working pressure of the pipe joint.
